In Budapest and our rural studio we have a computer-aided graphics workstation with an advanced graphics program. Both workshops have a plotter suitable for the surface cutting of Roland Cam-type 1 self-adhesive foil (123cm wide). Our own fleet of vans help with the fast and smooth administration and the transportation of the decorative works implemented outside. In our Budapest site we have two digital printers for indoor and outdoor pressing and a laminating machine is available, too.
Protective varnishing:
With our machines we varnish all printed vinyl foils with all sorts of coil width.We welcome the truck tilts up to the width of 320cm,of which the lacquered surface will be 305cm. The Sericol protective varnish is put on by sieve procedure in 90-110cm in width of 3mm overlap infinitely, developed for materials printed in rolls. This protective varnish defies UV rays and protects against mechanical damage. Specifically we recommend that these materials should be affixed to the vehicles because it will not alter measurably the material thickness, so after posting it the foil will not come off on critical negative bends, as it would do when laminated. The ink printed on the advertisement carrier is dissolved immeadiately by the lacquer in a special drying-tunnel and being dried this way, it builds into the surface coat of the foil. This ensures better adhesion, improved UV resistance and a scratch resistant surface. With this protective varnishing it is possible for the prints of the machines using the 'eco solvent ' ink to bring about a solvent-strength bond between the carrier and the paint besides the protection of the surface. The above mentioned method improves the colour-fastness of the truck, and it is much harder for the paint to wear off from the high-stressed surfaces. On request we use fuel-resistant lacquer or the one used for aircraft.We launched this technology seven years ago and after some enhancing development, we achieved a unique quality and speed (500-800m2 daily). We make protective varnishing in one or two business days depending on the quantity. In urgent cases (up to 5-30m2) telephone consultation is needed in advance.
It is not recommended for water-based printer prints.

In our Üllő premises we also provide a bookbinding office and two sieve pressure workshops.
Offset printing
In our offset printing house we produce publications and other printed materials at short notice (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, labels, etc..), which are punched to the desired shape,and perforated if necessary,and wrapped on demand.
We undertake the serial numbering of rigorous forms (eg.:account blocks, admission tickets, monthly tickets ,job cards,waybills etc.).
Labeling promotional t-shirts and gifts
Surface coating with digital print technology, which increases the colour-fastness and the life-time of the print.

We have a sieve table suitable for 100 * 150cm surface sieving pressure and varnishing with a dryer and another one good for a sieve frame sized B/3 with a drying-tunnel. We have moved ahead!
We have purchased a Xerox WorkCentre 7245 digital printing press and with this the economical production of small-volume printed materials in piece of 5-500, up to the size of A / 3, on 90-300g-rate paper is possible.
Perforated on demand and laminated and foiled in packages as well.
So from now on this service is also available to you apart from the above mentioned outdoor and indoor large-format prints, and decorative works printing and offset printing in bigger quantities.
